Hi everyone,
So I was recently in the hiring team for a small company and we were looking for Full Stack Developers. The amount of portfolios sent to us was huge but all of them looked the same. Always the same stack, the same projects, the same feel. It seems like they all had the same AI prompt/flow.
While this may work in certain cases, we ended up hiring someone who understood AI but did not follow the AI slop. Honest. Few projects.
Keep that in mind. Not everything that shines is gold.
