I am getting so many error messages. Xrai told me they do not offer technical support unless I purchase the package which is around $100.00. My error messages include: "Hello, go ahead. {..}" and nothing happens. Or "engine is in preparation" or "reconnect in companion app". Of course, the miniscule manual mentions none of these. I would appreciate any help from the community. Thank you.
