My wife (US citizen) and I interviewed 90 days ago for our Greencard application. Today we got a status change from “interview scheduled” to “case is still being processed by USCIS”. Does that mean there is something actively going on with it now or is that just an automated status change as it’s been awhile with no other updates?

We are trying to determine if we need to do anything to expedite things as it has been 90 days with no updates after an otherwise simple application and interview. Interviewed at KC FO
