Been having severe side effects after long term birth control (nexplanon) and some miss use of the pill. Does anybody have good recommendations for prebiotics and probiotics that actually work and don’t have side effects? I’ve heard horror story’s of them and I’m already having problems now I don’t want more. Pls pls kinda desperate :(
