Hi everyone, I need some advice.
I recently cancelled my company through a PRO, but the process was quite difficult. Now I’ve asked him for the company cancellation certificate, but he only provided me with the cancellation receipt.
My accountant says the FTA requires the actual cancellation certificate to complete the tax deregistration. I submitted the receipt, but the FTA returned the application and specifically asked for the certificate.
My PRO is saying he paid an extra AED 120 to get the certificate, but claims they are no longer issuing it. Does anyone know if this is true?
Also, can anyone help me get the cancellation certificate so my accountant can complete the FTA cancellation? I don’t mind paying a small fee for help.
