Porto-bound with D-7 v isa. Just looking to get a casual, easygoing job, part-time or full-time.

I’ve just started learning Portuguese, so a long way to go till I’ll be able to speak it well enough in a work setting.

Is there any type of work that I could get hired for without the language skill? English-teaching? Barista in a very touristy area? Hotel staff? I’m guessing office-based work would be tough.

Just want to integrate into the society. Do some work and make a little extra cash. Meet people and make friends. And maybe even shyly practice Portuguese.
