Old Euro diamond - too perfect?

I found a loose natural old Euro with really amazing specs on the GIA report (VVS2, excellent polish, very good symmetry) at ~$14K. I'm thinking it's because it's an M color with medium fluorescence. It sounds too good to be true especially since most old Euros I've seen are poor/fair in polish/symmetry. I reached out to the seller who said it's coming from a mine in India so she doesn't have actual photos/videos yet. Maybe I'm misunderstanding because obviously an antique diamond wouldn't have been newly mined. Perhaps it's a "new" diamond that was cut in the old Euro style - is that common now since antique styles are becoming more popular?
