Hey all,

Not sure if this is the best place for this question but here goes.

We've been having issues lately where stuff gets missed between site visits and when we put the quote together.

For example: Someone surveys a job, takes notes and photos, then when it lands on the estimator's desk there's always something missing or unclear. Ends up taking way longer than it should.

Just wondering if this is normal or if we're doing something wrong.

For context, we run a niche mechanical installations outfit in the UK.

Our previous estimator retired and since then we've been noticing this more.
