Please help if anyone has ideas or a similar experience.

I just bought my 2027 landcruiser 250 a month ago. It has a rattling sound like in the rear door or in the post between doors. I took it into dealer and they lubed something and said adjusted door (did not look inside anything)
They said its fixed, i drove off and it was good for like 30 minutes and cane right back 🫠
It happens driving straight no particular speed and does not need to be a rough road or anything. Its like something is loose.
