My house is a basement suite rental and had multiple water issues. One was black water and it wasn't remediated.

Recently water came pouring through the lights and they didn't even attempt to dry it out. It was wet into the furnace room, between floor boards and the drywall/baseboards.

Is this what mold on concrete may look like? I don't need an id as much as a reference to how it could show up.

I am looking to break my lease due this issue and any reassurance will go far for me. Thanks
