Recently moved to Everett from south Seattle. Any good recommendations for hot chicken?

Don’t want to drive to Dave’s or Raising Cane or Hangry Joe’s.

Trying to find a spot that I can frequent for my fair share of spicy chicken.

Do we have someone like cyfyhomeinspections for Everett / greater seattle area?

Have up coming inspection and I see builder cutting some corners in same development different homes.

Any suggestions/recommendations are welcome.

For folks not aware of cyfyhomeinspections he is licensed inspector operating in Arizona and does a detailed inspection and not worries builder.
