I currently have the whoop 5.0 and I have had whoop for a year now but I am not wanting to do a subscription fee any longer. I am an advocate for disc golf and casual walking outdoors and biking. I go to the gym 5 days a week and like to track my lifts. What would be a good compromise with whoop but for garmin?
