My Case is the following guys I am new to this, I have a work permit and I-512 travel permit since April 24, 2024. And in that same year I travel to my country, it should be noted that I am in that case for my mother! My mom is the one who has Vawa and she asked me, at two o’clock she arrived almost at the same (a week apart) we traveled and everything without problem! I have a baby who is a citizen and my partner, who is her father, lives in my country. Since Trump came to power, things have changed a lot and the recommendations were that we should not travel! We are waiting for the residence and things have been delayed more! But I need to travel, to take my baby to his dad. I would like to know what your experiences are.
