Is this career for me?
I’m 27 married and have 3 kids. I have worked in supply chain for the past 3 years. I make a decent living but recently I have been looking for something new. I’m debating flight school or becoming an ATC. I took a career aptitude test years ago in college and my top matching career was ATC. My personally is ENTJ. It feels like it would be a great fit but I’m a little worried about work life balance. I also live in Utah and don’t really see myself living elsewhere. Is it likely that I could get a job in Utah after completing training? Also for those that are in this career would you recommend it or What would you have done differently.
