183 days limit - tax liability
If I stay 4 months in my working country (Iraq) and 1 month touring Sri Lanka and 1 month in Thailand. Collectively I will pass more than 183 days.
Can I file IT as an NRI? Will there be any tax on global income?
No income from India Only salary income from abroad
