WEIGHTLOSS HELP FROM 79kg to 60kg!!!!! ADHD

guys please help me out.

I have this really bad relation with food where I associate it with emotions really badly. If I’m sad/stressed/happy, my first reaction is to have good food.

So I gained a lot of weight in the span of 3 years. 159cm tall F btw.

I have tried countless times to lose the weight but I fall back everytime. I lose motivation easily and also get in my head alot.

I need help in the area of food, workout and walk. Something that’s do-able when your head doesn’t allow you most of the time.

I get really lazy to cook or to push myself to go out but once I do something that day I will do it all. but to get the start EACH day is a HUGE task for me.

I don’t understand it myself, please don’t say shit like “you’re just lazy, just do it” like I KNOW. but it’s such a struggle honestly to have motivation to do all of it EVERYDAY.

To cook and have healthy food daily is also a task because i want good tasting food, but breakfasts i want it to be super easy and the rest I can still manage to cook but if it’s too much headache I’d just rather eat out.

IDK im losing myself alot and the stress and obesity is definitely ruining my self esteem, skin and overall health.
