Labs prior to starting

Hello. I’m a longtime 🩶 user but remember I started with telehealth. My 22 year old son is interested in starting as well and I am happy to help him do what I do but part of me wonders if I should steer him towards a telehealth company for the initial consult and for someone to look at his labs. He doesn’t really have an established doctor after he aged out of peds and finding a primary care doc is basically impossible especially during and after covid. Has anyone had labs done at a quest lab or similar for a baseline and then started on peps. I just hate to pay telehealth prices when one month covers me for a year with my sourcing.

I don’t know if my patches and gels are not absorbing as well or if it’s something else but what supplements have you added for joint pain and stiffness? I’m almost 51 and I feel it in my body. I lift weights and do reformer Pilates and do yoga but lately my body hurts. I have been adding another patch and a packet of gel but it doesn’t always help. I take a joint supplement and a bone supplement, collagen and fish oil etc.

Has anyone found anything else that works. I am going to look at an anti-inflammatory diet as well. And of course I’m going to see my primary for a check up. Just curious if anyone has tried something that has really helped.
