Hey everyone,

I just applied through CWAY to cross-rate from AZ to SELRES as an IS and selected NRC San Diego.

I was wondering how everyone likes being an IS in the Reserves, especially if you’re attached to NRC San Diego. What’s the drill experience like? What kind of units have you been assigned to? Have there been good opportunities for mobilizations, schools, or advancement?

Just trying to get an idea of what to expect if I get approved.
