The video is called "Who Will Be The Next Fatui Harbinger?" by user KlemenTime on YouTube, and in said video they provided a pretty compelling argument about which Harbingers would and wouldn't be playable, even before the design of most of them were known.

Heck, only for that video is that I survived against all the Capitano and Dottore cope, my expectations always were 0% because of this video. (Still supporting the idea that all of them becoming playable, is just that it seems that it never was Hoyoverse's intention).
