What is a reasonable range to be paying a part time senior graphic designer/content creator.

Hello netizens, I have been getting quotes that are either too low or too high and I am not sure what's a good gauge. That said I am only looking at professionals with a portfolio of at least 5 years of experience and this person is to dedicate at least 4 hours a day working for me and this person needs to be based in Singapore for in person meetings at least twice a week.

While I can't say money isn't issue I also want to make sure I am getting a reasonable value to justify to my stakeholders.

Marcomms people which agency are huge red flags and best to avoid?

I was a former employee at MediaOne and I can tell you it lives up to its bad reputation, the two bosses are some of the worst people I have ever met, greed consumes them. I heard First Digital is quite bad too. Definition of toxic is not just about the heavy work load and long hours. We all know our industry is infamous for burn out. I mean really really toxic like horrible management and bosses who are very demoralising. Most of us are used to the long hours but we don't need to work with or for nasty folks.

Anyway share your list. Call them out cos we all know from the Mediaone saga they can actually pay glassdoor to remove reviews.

Advice needed - I recently received two offers but I made the mistake of accepting the first one because I have been out of a job for months and I was worried a better offer wouldn't come my way.

Hello need some advice guys, I have been job hunting for about 5 months now and I received two offers in the span of a month. I admit I was hasty accepting the first offer because I was worried another one would not come my way given the really rough job market now. However to my surprise I received a better offer yesterday.

I haven't started work with the first offer , if I rescend my acceptance will I incurr any fines or do I have to pay the company anything? I mean I have done my due diligence and I don't think I am breaking any laws or rules within my contracts but I just wanted to be extra sure and ask humans too. Just in case.

Anyone here has worked with or for ACCSS DIGITAL?

Just curious about them because I am looking for full time employment and while I didn't apply for a job with them they reached out to me.

So far I've only seen 2 Glassdoor reviews on their account. To me no review is better than lots of reviews which are usually negative.

Also checked their Linkedin, low turnover and most of the employees are Day One employees also another green flag.

I think my issue is that they are an SME and my last experience with SMEs has not been great.
