I saw a post recently about Gua Sha helping with TMJD. Is there a good Gua Sha book someone could recommend? I went on YouTube to find a good tutorial, but everyone seems to have different variations of doing Gua Sha on their face. I bought a heart shaped Gua Sha tool, but want to know the correct way to use it.
