If so, where are you located and how much is your parking? I live in west Palm beach, FL and just started at a new firm and they told me on my first day that they don’t cover parking…and it’s $180 a month. I was pretty shocked that this wasn’t disclosed with the offer because that’s a significant amount of money. And I came from another firm in WPB and never had to pay for parking. Curious how common it is for a firm to make employees pay for parking? FL in general doesn’t have great public transport so there isn’t really any other option besides driving … I would kind of understand it I guess for major cities with a lot of public transport available but I’ve never heard of it down here.
