PSA: Carousella Chaser VS Common
Hi y'all,
I keep seeing the common carousella mislabeled and listed as the chaser, and it's driving me batty! They look very similar and are easy to mix up, but here's the difference: the chaser is pink, and the common is blue or teal-ish.
The easiest way for me to tell them apart is the common has stripes on the horn, while the chaser's horn is white.
I've been seeing the common listed for $75. I know it's sought after and I respect the pay-what-you-want mentality, but it isn't that rare IMO. Honestly, anything over $45 for it feels like gouging to me (but I'm cheap 🤣 and think even that is too much). I just don't want folks getting ripped off by accident by resellers thinking they have the chaser and marking it way too high.
Just wanted to give you a comparison so you have the info if/when you choose to buy. Don't let FOMO get the best of your wallet! I've done that way too many times myself.
