I’m mainly part of the Polish RP community on Instagram, but I’ve been hugely disappointed by the fiction scene there; people aren't just nasty they don't have an ounce of empathy. I don't know, I just wanted to share that.
I don't know if I'm the only one who's noticed, but most Adrienette fans are so toxic that they give everyone a hard time for disliking the canon ship; at the same time, they bash people who prefer Marinette with Lila or Chloe, labeling those as "toxic ships" yet Adrienette was literally toxic too, what with the constant lying and stalking. You so-called fans can keep arguing about it, but I know what actually happened in the show I watched🥰
You can hate on me if you want, but I prefer Lilanette over Adrienette; his relationship with Marinette is based on them falling for the idealized images they created of each other. Besides, that pairing seems to lack chemistry, whereas Lilanette even though it’s toxic makes more sense. The very fact that Lila gave her earrings even if it was part of a scheme strikes me as a sweet moment, so it’s Lilanette all the way for me 🤷🏼♀️
