Why did I not become a lawyer...these people can't read! Part C gives them two choices. They did not choose to give me a term or continuing contract, so they picked to terminate me by default? They didn't non-renew me so I have a job, but I feel like I've been put in a position where I may have to pay the lawyer to force the legitimate legal outcome if the ISD decided to ditch me over the summer. I don't really expect any of that, but how can ISD's everywhere be so ignorant and uninformed about the laws that govern them.
