So I'm an Entertainment TL, and have been for a year. I've been trying to promote but have been having a difficult time. It's always been someone they already have in mind or now with the layoffs of store leads it's been worse. I now have the opportunity to take over as an OSL TL. The hourly pay is less but I would be over 3 stores earning commission from each of those stores on top of whatever sales I personally make. Any feedback from people that have worked for OSL? The money is almost too tempting to not take.
