1923 Family Quilt

I have a hand sewn (in 1923) quilt that is now a family heirloom. From my reasearch, I believe this is a scrappy, postage stamp quilt with a Irish circle pattern influence. It was sewn by my great grandmother over a period of years and mostly completed in 1923. She lived in Des Moines, IA. She became ill and passed away. My grandma kept it in a cedar chest and when I was a little girl, she decided to finish it with binding and had it professionally quilted so she could pass it down to me. It's been preserved all this time, I just now decided to display it. If anyone has any knowledge about these kind of quilts, I would appreciate any insight.
