Just looking for a little advice, 11 months on!

Hi! So I started 11 months ago exactly, and stayed on 2.5mg, apart from one failed attempt at moving up to 5mg after month 2. Managed to lose around 15kg in the first 7-8 months, taking me to 95kg. Then, in my infinite wisdom, I thought ‘hey I can do this more or less myself surely, as I’ve lost this weight on the lowest dose’ - so for the past 3 months I’ve done 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off. I know (or I think) it’s frowned upon, but I thought I’d try. I hoped I could stick to my calorie counting & protein/fibre goals etc. So in trying to do that what has happened is that I’ve pretty much maintained my loss - I have to say I’m amazed as for the past 8+ weeks, my darling Mum has been in hospital, and had major surgery from which she’s still recovering in hospital, and I had to have a minor procedure too, under GA. I haven’t counted or in fact paid much attention to what I’m consuming! Life is now getting back to normal a bit, and I feel I could focus on getting back to the weight loss. I no longer have confidence that I can lose on 2.5mg (even continuously) and wondered about trying 5mg again. So many of you are so knowledgeable, and I don’t yet have the bandwidth to make this decision! Side effects on 5 were 💩but I’d try again. Thoughts?
