Would this work in a Hysilens/Kafka/Acheron team? It was pretty hard to maintain a good crit ratio (she hits 70% cr in combat), and it took forever to hit 200 cdmg while clearing the 170 SPD threshold for Cipher LC. She is running a lightning damage orb, for the record.

After a year of grinding, I've finally finished my fastorice support/sub-DPS build! 214 SPD in combat, decent crit stats, all that. Thoughts?
