At a very high level, I understand that kinetic energy is transferred into stored electric energy. But how? Is the heat generated from the brake pads converted? Or is some sort of other resistance used to slow forward motion?
This may be common, but I like to see former players from my team (Chicago) do well after they've been traded. Nick Foligno was loved by everyone here, so I hope the Wild do well. I liked Dach (and having visited Montreal and loved it), so I'm rooting for the Habs.
On the flipside, I generally dislike most things about Orange County, so I hope the Ducks lose.
What are yours?
Edit: Love the support for Burns
