I'm looking for a property management platform for a small portfolio (around 10–20 units) in Canada.

My priorities are:

• Automatic Rent tracking
• Lease and tenant management
• Maintenance requests
• Tax reports
• Electronic document signing

I've looked at Buildium, DoorLoop, TenantCloud, and a few others, but most are very expensive and do not seem to be designed for Canadian Landlords.

What are you using today?

What do you like and dislike about it?

If you had to start over, would you choose the same software?
