Bought a Vega Rapid dual visor helmet from Flipkart for around ₹1900 during sale. I ordered M size because that was the smallest available in this model. At first it felt okay, but after properly measuring my head later, my actual size seems closer to 56 cm (S size).

Now the helmet feels slightly loose around the cheeks and also looks kinda bulky on my head. It’s not wobbling dangerously or anything, but definitely not the perfect snug fit I expected from a new full-face helmet.

Problem is:

- it was Open Box Delivery

- I already removed the tags before realizing the sizing issue

- Flipkart support said they raised the return request but pickup agent may still reject after inspection

Helmet is basically unused outside, no scratches, original box/accessories everything available. Just got it on 19 may 2026.

So now I’m confused:

- Do pickup agents usually reject helmet returns because of removed visor sticker?

- Is this fit still acceptable or should I avoid using it long-term?

- Should I just keep using it with a balaclava/full face mask?

- Or should I sell it and buy an actual S size helmet?

If anyone from Jodhpur or nearby is interested, I can even sell it for less than what I bought it for since it’s almost new.

Would appreciate honest advice from people who’ve dealt with helmet sizing or Flipkart returns before.

I did take test rides for all bikes like Ronin , hunter , meteor, 42 bobber and others, the thing is I tried 42 bobber and it was not good in handling in tight traffic in my city not saying the bike was the issue maybe I couldn't handle it properly but I found hunter better in Handling and other stuff so like I kinda knew about the heating of hunter still got it and now it's wayy too much heating , like I live in jodhpur rajasthan, bad roads , tight traffic, 40+ degree heat everyday

So uk it's been 2 months with hunter and not a bad experience, just the heat issues,

And like I'm thinking about it everyday that why didn't I get bobber 42 , cuz it had that liquid cooling system and like also I love the 1 seater bike ,

Not to mention I got TVS star City Plus + tata Tiago (both dad's) , so like uk if I had gotten 42 bobber wouldn't be a problem

But uk... I mean I just think about it everyday and it just made me kinda feel bad for the choice I made..

I didn't choose 42 bobber because I saw a lot of people having a lot of issues with jawa service and 42 bobber having some malfunction or issues compared to hunter

So like do you think I made a mistake?
