First Trek: Valley of Flowers or Hampta Pass
I am planning to opt for Himalayan trek this year in July. I have no prior experience of trekking and not so consistent with exercise. which trek i should opt for? How to get fit for the trek? I have seen many scar visuals of monsoon downpours earlier. Will it hamper the trek and also does it make the trek more difficult
