Hi, I just got a notice in my building that everyone’s unit is being shown to “exhibit the dwelling to prospective lenders” is there a high possibility my building will be sold? I’m not super familiar with housing laws but what would happen to my rent/lease if it was sold? I love the area I live in so this is a bummer :/ Any insight would be great!
