I’m a RPh in CA and recently changed my legal name. All of my work apps have been updated except WFS, which is still showing my old name.
Does anyone know who I should contact to get it updated?🙏
I’m an RPh in California and I’m having an issue transferring Rxs to out of state pharmacies.
After creating a profile for the receiving pharmacy and entering all the required info, including phone and fax numbers, I go to F7 and fax the transfer but Fax option disappears. The only way I’ve been able to complete the transfer is by calling the receiving pharmacy and giving the transfer verbally.
Has anyone else run into this? Is there a workaround?
