Wait or settle? Studio hunting for Nov 1
Looking for a studio in CityPlace/King W/Richmond W/Adelaide W/Front W for Nov 1. I’ve seen a few options within my budget but don’t love any of them. My realtor is recommending me to pick one, but should I wait a few more days to see if better listings come up? Am I being too picky, or is this just how renting in Toronto is? Any tips would be appreciated!
