The Rapid Change In Weather This Week Omds I Felt Like Ive Been hit by a double decker bus going 100+ mph, its 23:30 (the time im writing this post) been out in the sun allll dayyy as i have a job that requires me too work in all kind of weather, i think i may have heat exhaustation, i feel extremely nauseous, its the fact that it was only yesterday i was 15 degrees and today its shot up too 24 degrees.. anyone got any tips on how too stay cool in this weather because i am strugglinggg and theres still another week left off it. 💀
