For the past 5 years I have had severe episodes of abdominal pain to the point where I can’t see or hear. There is no notable pattern to it. I have seen doctors about it many times, but they always seem to brush me off. For reference, I am a woman on the younger side, and I feel like I am often brushed off by professionals in the field. After some research, I feel like abdominal epilepsy matches my symptoms, though I am not sure. No one will take me seriously enough to get a referral for a neurologist, so I can’t get answers anytime soon. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem or has any suggestions to help me. I don’t know what to do anymore.
