Sleep and recovery
Looking foward for some supplements that could help have a deeper recovery , often wake up feeling tired or waking up too early , i was thinking about MgBisglicinate+L-Theanine+Melatonin , what do you think?Any better suggestions?Lmk thanks
(Already taking D3+K2 and Mg Bis , even tho i dont really find any diffrence when i take Mg but i belive it's due to lowdosing)
