Wanted to thank the collective wisdom from all of you that has gone into the sub Wiki. It has answered a lot of my questions, and also gave me things to think about that I hadn't considered. I'm sure I'll have more questions once I digest the contents and do more digging. Thanks again!

p.s. Old bloke here. Played decades ago on Pearl Export kit. Haven't played for 30 (35?) years. Now retired and looking to get back into some form of playing, this time on electronic kit. Like a lot of genres of music but generally favor Quintet du Hot Club de France WW2 era. Pierre Fouad, Ray McK, etc.
