PVO: CPC Ottawa, SVO: Beijing

I made a call today and the agent told me everything’s passed since 3.30 just wait for the final decision.

Just want to know:

1. Has CPC Ottawa recently started to work on Dec aor? Does anyone know any cases got a fd recently?
2. What does SVO do and is SVO Beijing a lucky sign? I’m in Beijing now and my PPR would probably come from Beijing office I think.
