I'm 48 and still have my period but I started having this weird thing and I think it might be related to pre menopause.

It started a few months ago.

The area right under the hair, but below the clitoris started burning.

I looked and the skin is full of small blisters.

I thought it was maybe a yeast infection but it keeps happening even if I put cream on it.

It burns.

I was wondering if maybe if could be pre menopause
