How do small SaaS products still enter crowded markets today? | I will not promote
Every time I research a SaaS idea I end up finding dozens or hundreds of existing competitors already doing it.
I know people say competition is actually a good sign because it means there’s a real market, but I still struggle to understand how you realistically enter that market in practice.
Why would someone choose a smaller and newer product with fewer features over established tools?
People always say “build an MVP”, “ship fast” and “validate”, but I genuinely don’t understand where the opportunity still is in crowded markets.
How do you tell the difference between a competitive market and a truly saturated one? And how do small SaaS products still manage to succeed today if big players already exist?
