Permanent tender knees, but not much pain when jumping
I’ve always dealt with jumper’s knee. I’ve always had a persistent sharp tenderness when I touch the region underneath my inner knee cap (where jumper’s knee is) for the past 4 years. But I honestly don’t feel much pain when jumping or anything. My vertical is 40+ inches if that helps, I’m decently strong. Don’t know what to do besides go see a PT for the first time…
