I have a coworker that I have had attraction to but he and I are both in relationships. While on vacation with my partner, I have had a dream about my coworker almost every night, progressing from him just being present to us engaging in cheating on our partners. I have had 4/5 dreams about him and in the last one he got engaged and married to his partner and I woke up feeling upset. Is this telling me I should not be with my current partner, or is my brain just figmenting based on my attraction to my coworker. I wake up feeling bad and like I have done something wrong to my current partner. How do I overcome these dreams and feelings?
