Has anyone recieved any mail from JPMC yet.regardijg selection for the hackathon. It's been really long

Idk if this is the subreddit for it... But lately my brain has really slowed down. I don't have migraines, but I have headaches (sometimes severe) and my eyes burn too.

I am a CS Major and this part explains itself but during Covid idk what happened but my brain really started to slow down. It took me a lot to focus on one thing. I constantly forget what I wanted to do in just a few minutes.

I really hope that this is just due to sleep deprivation/too much screen time but still have a fear that this could be something severe.

Any tips about how to overcome this
