Terrific play from SRH. They made a statement going into playoffs.

Every prediction were saying RCB are a team to reckon but SRH showed them they are nothing less and even better than them in lot of areas.

They showed how to bowl and defend and win on a flat track.

Terrific captaincy from Cummins.

Head couldn’t go big but was valuable.

Abhishek played terrific.

The raise of Ishan and Klassen in the middle is just a treat to watch.

Terrific finish from NKR. Just pure blistering knock.

Sakib the find of the season for SRH picking the wicket of Kohli

Eshan proving time and again to control runs , pick wickets , etc he is the man in any phase of the match. Picking crucial wickets of dangerous Iyer and Padikkal.

Many more good performances from the bowling side.

Huge confidence for us going into play offs.

Only 1 team in the history of IPL has won a trophy from eliminator and that team is going to do it again.

SRH for a win this year. 🏆

It most probably is going to be a flat pitch.

RCB and SRH are going head on head for this one.

SRH are a better team than the 1st game they have played against RCB. It is not going to be easy to beat SRH now.

RCB have the goods. They are pretty good in all dept’s.

The only thing SRH is lacking is bowling plans to each batsmen and they are making some small strategical errors. Like giving the first over to NKR, bowling shoulder height to brevis and urvil Patel where they dispatched for 6’s, etc. ( Always bowl shoulder length to Sanju and fuller length or waist length to brevis).

Abishek and head have to blast in the first 10 overs and then Ishan, klassen and other middle order batters can take off to get above 210.

Our top 3 is better than RCB’s top 3. Kohli takes his time. Bethel is not at all in form (but may be can click this match since it is flat pitch). Padikkal is playing crazy but Ishan Kishan is better.

Shivang can take the ball away to Iyer and padikkal which will be hard to pick.

Our bowling is doing very good. If they plan they can target each batsmen and pick the wickets. I’m sure Pat is on it to pick the wickets of openers. Eshan , sakib , Shivang, praful , NKR can pick the wickets of middle and tail Enders.

There bowling is also terrific but hazlewood is giving runs a bit, our bhuvi ( hope he is not playing) is terrifying in power play , Rasikh salam is bowling very well but I would rate sakib a bit higher.

It is very tough to say as both teams are doing extremely well.

Hopefully SRH wins and makes a statement to be contenders to win this IPL.

The only error I see is giving the first over to NKR.

On a wicket where slower ones were becoming deadly to score.

NKR was not mixing up the pace. But then he is a very good bowler. It wasn't his day.

No matter what Pat should bowl the first over.

Pats bowling to Sanju was terrific Sanju struggles with bouncers on a slow wicket.

But brevis enjoys a shoulder length will always dispatch it.
Eshan understood that and took his crucial wicket.

Also was surprised Pat completed his overs very early. His experience is always needed in the death.

Sakib's 2 wickets of urvil Patel and Shivam dube were terrific and game changers for me. In a turning wicket he is almost a spinner. Master class wickets.

Praful was expensive in PP but he bowled the last over very well. The line to Prashanth veer was very good.

Harsh should have played in place of praful for me to spin choke them in the middle.

If harsh played they would've bottled up to 160.

These were some of my opinions on our bowling in yesterday's match.

We should avoid these small errors as we are into play offs now and these can cost us.

In this video Sanju clearly said something to Klassen.

Klassen gave it back.

Sanju innocently goes to umpire and complains like kiddo.

Glad that Ishan gave it back to CSK in their so called fortress.

Observing the previous game they will give us a pitch which will help bowlers a lot.

In the recent past chepauk has become more batting friendly.

Hopefully SRH will adapt. Our batting is better than them and bowling is also better than them.

But they might use spin choke with Noor and akeal in the middle.

Expecting Klassen and others in the middle to take on them.

I’m sure Pat will make the right decisions looking at conditions to use harsh / praful.

SRH is going to win this game to qualify into play offs.

Even GT lost wickets upfront and they made a come back. While Sai played long others were going hard.

But hopefully our team realizes that some times we should take the game long.

After loosing wickets upfront I hoped Smaran would play long along with Klassen Or may be NKR. But our team just throwed wickets easily. Rather than showing patience ,calmness and composure.

We should have atleast saved the run rate rather than going for the win. Now it is damaged as well.

Finally pats mindset came out to be true and we must win against CSK and most probably they will give us a bowling pitch and we need to be careful with our wicket and take the game long.

I definitely think this will happen. I mean many sides leadership was a huge failure this season.

Mumbai, delhi, Lucknow , Kolkata, etc.

They definitely are eyeing Ishan or Abishek from us.

Ishan was good and has potential. Abishek can also lead well.

They both are huge part of SRH. Hopefully they don’t leave for this lure.

We need support in the power play for Pat and eshan. They are bowling well but 1 or 2 economical overs of another bowler would be great.

Praful and sakib are bowling well towards the end. They are being expensive in power play.

If it is a spin pitch definitely harsh should come in along with Shivang.

But if it is not. We should try and see omkar tamale if he clicks in power play and death.

Hopefully Salil and Smaran also do well down the order.

If they do we will be much stronger team to beat.

This innings was gold for me. Even though it was only
124 SR.

The game awareness when Klassen was playing very good at the other end. Rotating strike. Playing responsibly.

This is what we missed in the last game.

Rather than going after every ball. After blistering power play we always played responsibly this season.

Hope he will do that in this match as well.
