I recently applied for the PCT role with Amtrak but I haven't heard anything back. I wanted to know if someone has gone through the program and how long the hiring process/ training took.
I would also love to hear about what the day to day is like as I want to keep my expectations realistic.
I have been recently diagnosing with ADHD and with that I finally put together why my work performance has been so bad. I knew it was coming and I had my review last week. I received \*below expectations\* my anxiety is through the roof as I'm worried about my job security and it's too late to fix the last year.
I feel so dumb all the time and I make careless mistakes. I see another person with ADHD get promoted in less than I year and I know that my team prefers them over me.
I'm trying to get medicated and I hope it helps me because I can't keep feeling like this. How are you guys able to function at work and preform on par with your peers?
Has anyone worked as a brand enchantment tech at 7/11? I'm curious to see if it's worth taking on the job but I keep seeing conflicting results on pay. Like for example in a major city near me it says max pay is 32 an hour but in my city it says 45 an hour.
Any knowledge or advice on the role would be greatly appreciated!
