I live in FL and need a solution for bringing along more water during long runs. I have a running belt but it only holds ~20 oz of water. Does anyone run with a camelback or hydration vest? What do you find is the best option that doesn’t bounce around and is comfortable while running that holds larger quantities of water?

What are the best running socks for long distances, especially in hot climates?
