Found the future they promised us!
On a recent walk, I found some buildings that were strikingly Frutiger Aero imho. Living in this little green oasis on the first picture must be nice :)

I develop a narrative racing game called "Resistance Racing 2k97" and fill its world with fictional adverts in various styles, but always 90s inspired, following a rule of cool and mystique.
Its also kind of an excuse to do something with my moodboard of old nokia, playstation and wipeout ads 😂
... and since then kept him simple, black, default skin. Also after maining Ember, Hydroid, Vauban and now mostly Caliban, I though I need to give the frame I awakened in some love again. Run solo and stealthily just as in the good old days - so I couldn't resist and spend plat purely on some cosmetics for the first time in all those years^^
It's a very simple customization, but after paying for the skin, I felt like adding color to make the most out of it and so I reluctantly overhauled his whole look. But now I'm happy and I feel like I upgraded him to the new stuff that is going on in the game :)
btw weapons, are not my actual loadout, I just picked something sleek to add to the outfit
I have a very specific thing for doing this kind of code style:
this.arr = [{
thing: {
position: { x: 0, y: 0 }, // <-- no line break in object because its short
id: 0
},
otherthing:{
data: "xyz" //todo: task <-- maybe highlight for keyword?
}
}, { // <-- no line break between curly brackets
thing: {
position: { x: 0, y: 0 },
id: 0
},
otherthing:{
data: "xyz"
}
}]
Where do I have to go and how would I set it to behave like this? I guess there should be a rules file somewhere?
Also is it possible to define some custom highlighting on a line eg when I write "//todo"?
btw: It's good to come home :)
I started with Atom, moved to VScode bc of reasons and glad to have tried Zed now (on my journey to get away from VScode to an editor that is simple but capable) and it immediately gives me a good experience again. It just misses a few little tweaks like these to be perfect for me again :)

Two shiny new glazy adverts for Foxxy and Hog, characters in Resistance Racing 2k97. I try to capture some y2k futurism spirit with this game, while staying true to 90ies gaming visuals. It's a lot of fun to just bash these things together in photshop and maybe Ill even add them ingame as adverts / posters for the 8 pilots, the game is about.
Samantha Fox; callsign Foxxy has a radiating smile, engine and deathly stare if you dont play along her rules. Do not undererstimate her, she is not moody, you just have not earned her trust yet. How donyou do it? Dont ask me, she does not trust me either.
Manfred Hogmeister, an old dog of the Formula Zero Leage. You would believe people call him Manny, but actually people call him Hog, because he is one. He fears no confrontation on and off the track. Hog is as loud in his victories as in misery or when he has "one of his crazy ideas, that might just work". Deep at heart he is a good and friendly person, though, you just have to get passed his doorblocking stance that protects his heart to get access to his crazy brain.
